I am constantly bewildered by my own mind but not in a negative way.
I could be in a room full of people yet, my mind will wanders around…
constantly thinking, constantly leaving me frustrated.
There’s this some kind of sadness in me that I am unable to decipher but I feel it.
The feeling lingers around like an invisible shadow.
Sometimes it hid,
but most times it showed up at 3 am, leaving me perplexed.

No, I’ve never heard of it. *immediately googles it*
Now that I think of it, a few memories do slip into my mind… and leaves me with a lingering sadness.

Eckhart Tolle and his books, he invented this term “pain body”. well memories always stay if not “digested”
